Servicers Terms and Agreement

The following terms and agreements apply to any servicer signing on to receive notification of desired loss mitigation via the Debtor's Counsel Web Portal:
1. The servicer will respond to any submitted client/borrower notifications within 7 calendar days.
2. The servicer will respect the communication directions that have been provided by the debtor's counsel.
3. The servicer agrees to pay a one time charge of $500.00 (U.S.) to register into the portal and maintain the archive of notifications submitted to them.
4. The servicer agrees to pay $25.00 (U.S.) for each notification of desired loss mitigation received. This fee maybe reimbursable from the various investor groups and does fall under the ASF ruling of contact fees as a covered advance.
